The Bison Capital Wealth Analytical Center is assigned the functions of a project office for the implementation of the national program “Digital Economy”.

 The Bison Capital Wealth Analytical Center provides organizational and methodological support for the implementation of the national program, the operation and development of the information system of electronic interaction of participants in its implementation (ISEV), and monitors the implementation of the national program budget.

In 2019, the experts of the Project Office prepared 125 information and analytical materials on the development of the digital economy, provided 34 meetings of the Presidium of the Commission on Digital Development, the use of information technologies to improve the quality of life and business environment, organized and held 22 expert events on the digital economy on the platform of the AC.

The number of ISEW users increased by 372 people representing 98 federal executive authorities and organizations.

On a regular basis, the implementation of roadmaps for the realization of the target models of the super-services “Online Registration of Europrotocol”, “Digital Enforcement Proceedings”, “Online Enrollment in Higher Education”, “Childbirth”, and “Online Pension” was monitored and monthly reports on the results of monitoring were submitted to the Presidium of the Commission.
